Born in the Industrial Heart of Jharkhand
Purple Group Ventures LLP was established in Jamshedpur with a dual purpose: to address the socio-economic challenges faced by rural artisan communities and to streamline operations in manpower-intensive service industries.
Jharkhand and Odisha are home to rich tribal heritages and immense natural raw materials. However, many artisan families face irregular income and lack direct access to contemporary consumer markets. We launched Purple Stories to bridge this gap, co-designing everyday products with tribal craftsmen and ensuring year-round, fair-wage employment.
Simultaneously, we recognized that the security and facility management industries—vital employers of workforce segments—were crippled by outdated registers, complex compliance audits, and invoicing leaks. This inspired Harvest HRMS, a dedicated SaaS payroll system that translates operational challenges on-site into automated, audit-ready workflows.

Purple Stories
Purple Stories is our sustainable handicraft division. We work on-site in tribal clusters in Dumka and Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) and Koraput (Odisha). By substituting synthetic plastics with eco-friendly bamboo, braided golden jute, and wild-harvested water hyacinth, we design products that are beautiful, organic, and fully compostable.
Our design philosophy is anchored in deep community respect. We participate annually in regional conclaves like the Tata Steel Samvaad, bringing tribal aesthetics and organic materials onto mainstream corporate and home decor stages.
Harvest HRMS
Harvest is our enterprise-grade SaaS technology stack built from the ground up for agencies managing extensive distributed manpower. Standard HR systems are designed for office environments; Harvest is designed for security guards, facility housekeepers, and construction labor crews.
By enabling site supervisors to log attendance directly from mobile browsers, Harvest auto-generates client-level service billing, calculates wages according to local compliance acts, and prepares labor inspectors' Registers of Wages automatically.
